All units are only steps away from our private beach access. Most units sleep 6, and each contains 1200 sq. ft. of living area, plus one car attached garage with washer and dryer on the ground floor. Ground floor living area consists of living-dining room, fully equipped kitchen, bath, and outdoor patio. Second floor offers two bedrooms, including linens, and bath, plus balconies off of each bedroom.

All accommodations have cable including HBO and WIFI service. All are convenient to both the beach/ocean and the two pools, (one heated in winter) located in a peaceful courtyard. The beautiful beach offers opportunities to bathe in ocean waves and has a gradual drop-off assuring fun for all ages, along with a place to walk, bicycle or drive. -Historic St. Augustine, only 4.5 miles away, offers carriage rides, ghost tours, art galleries, the Fountain of Youth, the Alligator Farm, a climbable lighthouse, and a 300-year old fort, among other things, and enough shops to satisfy anyone's desires.

-The St. Johns County fishing pier recreational area is only 1 mile away and features a farmers market on Wednesday mornings, seasonal free concerts on Wednesday evenings, and other activities such as volley ball and bocce.

-A Publix Supermarket,Starbucks, restaurants, and other convenience shops are within walking distance.

-Several public golf courses, outlet malls, World Golf Village, an IMAX Theater, Marineland, a dog track, Daytona Speedway, and beautiful state and national parks are all within driving distance.
