1. From Jacksonville, take I-95 South. Travel South approximately 37 miles.
2. Exit at #311, which is SR-207, St. Augustine Beach/Palatka.
3. Turn LEFT at the bottom of the exit onto SR-207 and travel Northeast toward St. Augustine, St. Augustine Beach and Anastasia State Park. Travel approximately 3.5 miles.
4. Turn RIGHT onto SR-312 and proceed East for approximately 6 miles. SR-312 becomes A1A Beach Blvd. when it turns South sharply at the Atlantic ocean.
5. You will see Ponce Landing's entrance on the Left, just South of the mini-golf.
6. If you see Publix, you have gone too far.

You may take the same exit (#311) if you are approaching on I-95 from the South.
