| Each rental requires a security deposit of
$250. A month is defined as four consecutive weeks. Rentals
are from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions to these rates
and check in dates are at the discretion of Ponce Landing
Rental Company. Daily and monthly rentals are not available
at all times or in all units. Rates are higher during the
week of 6/27 - 7/4. Discounts given for 3 month or longer
stays. |
